I hear from many people that it is "hard to eat enough protein". But what I have observed is that most people (even those focusing on getting more protein in their diets) still have a carb-forward mentality, meaning the carbohydrate is the first thing on the plate, with the protein as a side or add-on.
In order to fullfill your protein needs, I would encourage you to think "protein-forward", which just means that you build your meal around your main protein source. Below I have created a flier with some examples of meals that have 40-50g protein each.
